OK today I'm revising my maths when my sisters browsing through some old photos..
When my little brother pick up this old photo of me, when i was young, with my deceased grandfather and show it to me.
My heart soften, my mind just shut down and all the old memories came racing back...
He is the man who shape my character, from history to wrestling to drums to now...
He is the reason why i am now...
He made scarifies his time for me...
I remember the time when he was suffering from an illness and had to stay home. Despite the fact that he is suffering, despite pain and and slow movement he picked me up after school... and that what's hit me...
During his final hours....
During the month of Ramadan, where Muslims fasts, his situation became worse and it was the holidays... I took care of him... Fed him...
One occasion is when he slept for 3 straight days....
His eyes were covered with dirt and stuff...
He is too weak to even to open his eyelids...
My maid was too scared to clean it...
I took some wet tissue and clean for him...
when he open his eyes and saw my face...
I can see a tear drop from his right eye and smiling at me....
That was the feeling i will never forget...
We like to talk about war and how Japs came and attack Singapore...
That's why i like history.
We like to talk about wrestling...
That's why i like wrestling even though my friends criticise it...
We like to talk about old music Malay rock bands...
That's why I'm in to drums...
